  • In which areas do you deliver?

    We deliver throughout the Netherlands via our shipping partner. Additionally, you can pick up your order for free in Rotterdam by appointment. On-site delivery is possible for large orders or events.

  • How long does it take for an order to arrive?

    Standard shipping takes approximately five to seven business days. Shipping times may be longer in December and June. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee on orders over $100.

  • What should I do if I do not receive my order?

    Have you not received your order? Please contact us as soon as possible via email, WhatsApp, or Instagram. We will immediately investigate the whereabouts of your order and work together to find a suitable solution.

Returns

  • Which items can be returned?

    Because virtually all our products are personalized or custom-made especially for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged after production. Therefore, always carefully check the names, texts, and details you provided before placing your order. Was your order delivered damaged or did we make a mistake? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, including clear photos. We always look for a suitable solution.

  • How much are the shipping costs for returns?

    Returns are free when you use our prepaid return labels. Repack the item, attach the label to the original packaging, and send it back to us.

  • I received an item as a gift. Can I return it?

    Unfortunately, personalized gifts cannot be returned or exchanged. Did the gift arrive damaged or is there a manufacturing defect? Please contact us within 48 hours. We are happy to assist you and work together to find a suitable solution.

  • Can I change or cancel my order?

    Yes, as long as production has not yet started. Once we begin personalizing or manufacturing your order, unfortunately, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. This aligns well with a workshop that provides custom work and prevents confusion for customers.
